  • Patching and Upgrades: Patch bugs to reset penalties, improve base churn rates, and increment app versions.
  • Marketing: Invest $1,000–$20,000 in campaigns to lower churn and add 5%–40% more subscribers.
  • Research and AI Models: Unlock domain bonuses and advanced models. Models incur monthly fees but enhance development efficiency.
  • Events and Management: Handle random social media reviews that affect churn. Retire dead SAAS (0 subscribers for 3 months).
  • Win Condition: Reach $10,000 MRR to win.
